Montana Does It Again

It always seems funny to me. Some group out there ranks the states, for some thing or another, and Montana always seems to fall either in the top of the ranking or the bottom. Well I found an interesting one this morning. <a href="http://washingtontimes.com/national/20040118-114320-9103r.htm">States ranked as most corrupt.</a> Montana ranks 6th on the list for most corrupt government employess(full report <a href="http://www.corporatecrimereporter.com/corruptreport.pdf">here</a>).
