Trouble

It figures, talk about how good calving is going and what happens, trouble. I mentioned this morning that we rode and doctored some cows and everything was going great. This morning we get over their to feed and what do we find? A cow right by the feed ground with all four feet in the air and blowed up like a blood-filled tick on a week long gorge. If I didn't know better I would say she had been laying there a week. She died from problems calving, 1 foot was back, so now I can say I've had trouble.
n
nThen we took a generator out to the pasture we will move the yearlings to after a while and set it up. After it ran for about 3 min the head gasket blew out. The generator is 35 years old so I wasn't sure I could get a new gasket but I located one and will pick it up next time someone is in Billings.
n
nQuite and Aprils fool day, as usual the fool was me.
n
nTrouble brings trouble upon trouble.
