Hot dogs are one of those things you really don't want to know how are made. I mean any piece of the critter that can't be used for a decent product is thrown into a big grinder and used. Saying it's organic doesn't make it more appeling to me. I have to laugh at the statement in the article that equates "organic" with "healthy."
