Beautiful

It is unbelievably beautiful September here. Since the beginning of the month we must have had 4 inches of rain, more rain than we have had all year to this point, and the grass is green and growing. It is now greener than it was all year now and as I said before you can hear the grass growing.<br />n<br />nThe moisture and grass growing now is the best thing that can happen to insure a crop of grass next year so I am just ecstatic. The cows are just loving it too even though the calves aren't too sure of it. They have never seen green grass before so they are almost scared of it. I have seen this happen before and they never did well on grass since they never learned what it was when they were young.<br />n<br />nThen the temperatures are so fall like it is wonderful. Cool and crisp in the morning and not too warm in the afternoon. Great for the grass, cattle, and me. Just the most wonderfully beautiful September I have seen in more years than I can count. <br />n<br />nI thank the Lord for this truly wonderful blessing he has bestowed upon us after this cool and trying spring and summer. It reminds us all that all things are transitory and with time we will be reminded again of the beauty that you have given us to enjoy. I thank him for the patience to wait until the beauty shines through and I thank him for all the beautiful things life gives me.
