Registration

I haven't had the Internet that long but the ability to gather all types of news easily is what I really like about it. Lately I notice more and more papers going to a free registration type system. Now this wave of registrations is making news itself. You might note from previous posts that I link to the <a href="http://www.washingtonpost.com>"Washington Post very often and it has a free registration requirement. My own little form of protest to this is the info I entered. According to the Post I am a 95 year old man with a 7 figure income who runs a major corporation. Obviously this is not right but it should skew their demographic information somewhat.
n
nThe article mentions the BugMeNot.com site. I have not tried it yet but I like the idea. Sometimes I skip an interesting news story since I don't want to register. Next time this happens I will try the BugMeNot site to see if it works.
n
nA fool thinks himself to be wise, but a wise man knows himself to be a fool. William Shakespeare
