The battle with fed-ex has begun again. I was expecting a package and checked the tracking today and they say they "cannot locate the recipient." I spent 1 hour on the phone getting the run araound and I don't know if it did any good. To vent my frustration I sent the following e-mail to Fed-Ex. My Darling Wife thinks I might have went a little overboard with this e-mail. I think I kept it very polite. Let me know what you think.
n<!–more–>
nFed-Ex
n
nWhy do you people have such a hard time finding me? My address is very plainly written on the package and even the UPS driver, who has the intelligence of a rock, can find me and your stupid driver can't. My wife recently had a package that was supposed to be delivered to her (tracking number XXXXXXXXXXXXXX) and we were supposedly unfindable and they eventually mailed it to her. I would much prefer that method of delivery but when you buy products online they ship it the way they want not the way I might want it. What can I do to make it easier for you people? Move into town is not an option as I live and work on a 20,000 acre ranch. If I run my ranch like you run your buisness I would be broke. Glad I am smarter than you guys. My Address:
n
nXX XXXXX XXXX XX XXXX XXXXXX
nXXXX XXX
n
nThe State of Montana and the Federal Government find this address sufficient for their needs. Please deliver my package. Thank you very much for your attention to this matter.
n
nThe people here are idiotsâ
