Don't you just love political endorsements. I saw one today that really got me.
n
nCrow Tribe endorses Indian slate
n
n
The Crow Tribal Legislature has for the first time endorsed candidates – all American Indian – running for Big Horn County elected offices.
n
nCrow tribal members are running for five of eight elected county positions. The team is sometimes referred to as the "dream team."
n
nTribal members are running for clerk and recorder, sheriff, attorney, treasurer and justice of the peace. Crow and Northern Cheyenne members are running for the two open state representative seats.

n
nNow I have no problems with the Crow Tribe endorsing candidates, but to call them the "dream team" when the candidate for Sheriff they are endorsing is accused of raping a prisoner while in his custody along with the other problems he has? The Crow Tribe doesn't seem to care about that though, all they care about is skin color.
n
nI hate politics, it brings out the worst in people.
n
nThe colour of the skin is in no way connected with strength of the mind or intellectual powers.
