Many in Montana wish to see Coal Bed Methane (CBM) production to go full steam ahead as an economic development opportunity for Montana. Now <a href="http://www.nowherethoughts.net/sarpysam/archives/000030.html">I have been real unsure</a> of this and the consequences of dewatering our aquifer in this arid country now I have another reason to be concerned. Water from some deep coal seams in Wyoming is found to be <a href="http://www.casperstartribune.net/news/wyoming/98aadd5f5275ec0887256e4f0068f83e.txt">toxic to some stream life</a>. It appears we keep finding out more things all the time. I will have to watch this development closely but I do know I am leaning more and more against this whole CBM issue.
