In my opinion an attack <a href="http://www.reuters.com/newsArticle.jhtml?type=sportsNews&storyID=4531646">like this</a> is criminal and needs to be prosecuted. I seen the incident replayed on TV and it was an unprovoked attack on another player. It states in the article that there was an "incident last month when the Avalanche player injured Bertuzzi's teammate and close friend Markus Naslund with a blindside hit to the head." Now I don't know anything about this previous incident but if sports players were criminally prosecuted for unprovoked attacks maybe this kind of thing would stop.<br />n<br />n<b>Red ice sells hockey tickets.
