Everybody’s herd has a bottom end. I like that. I've never heard it put that way but I really like that. Otherwise, <a href="http://www.ext.nodak.edu/extnews/newsrelease/2006/current/02beefta.htm">this article</a> is like reading my mind and past actions. Every one of these things I've done and in about the order they list.
