Wolves Again

Well it appears there are <a href="http://www.billingsgazette.com//testdex.php?id=1&display=rednews/2004/03/02/build/state/50-wolves.inc">rumblings</a> that the states of Idaho and Montana might get some limited control over their wolves while Wyoming stalls the whole delisting procedure with its stance. I am just concerned, like Steve Pilcher in the article, that it is going to be a token effort to make people feel good. It needs to be a real and substantial proposal that allows us to control the wolves properly while waiting for them to be delisted but I bet the FWS won't allow this.<br />n<br />n<b>Wisdom denotes the pursuing of the best ends by the best means.
