New Arrival

The first <u>scheduled</u> calf arrived this morning. I say scheduled since I did have an early one due to the bull wreck but I don't really count that one. The Hired Man was watching them at the time the heifer started calvingand he did a real good job with the situation. I had been a little concerned that he would know what to do but this gives me confidence in him.<br />n<!–more–><br />n<img src="http://www.nowherethoughts.net/pics/newcalf.jpg"><br />n<br />nPlease forgive me for poor quality of pictures. Taking pictures of black cattle against a white background doesn't work real well and the lighting gets all messed up.
