I've always wondered about seeing one person riding around in an Excursion or other ridiculously large state vehicle but I really doubt <a href="http://www.billingsgazette.com/index.php?id=1&display=rednews/2005/10/05/build/state/45-state-workers.inc">this</a> is going to stop the practice. Those state workers <b>feel</b> more important in those big vehicles.
