I Don’t Understand

I'm totally baffled by <a href="http://www.billingsgazette.com/index.php?tl=1&display=rednews/2005/09/30/build/state/42-livestock-drought.inc">this complaint</a>. Isn't this normal government efficiency? I was eligible and applied for this disaster relief from last year and I am still waiting to see if it's going to get here. I wasn't going to start worrying about it for another year or so. That's how long it usually takes to get these things distributed. Our wonderful Government at its finest so I don't worry about it.<br />n<br />nOne of the programs I was eligible for they just opened up for sign-up a month ago and plan on holding it open until June 2006. Then they will decide if anything is going to happen.<br />n<br />nI just don't see why these people are getting their knickers in a knot.
