Out of Touch

Agriculture Secretary Mike Johanns Really appears to be <a href="http://www.billingsgazette.com//index.php?id=1&display=rednews/2005/09/21/build/business/45-japan-beef.inc">out of touch</a> with what the beef community, and the Senate, <a href="http://www.r-calfusa.com/092005-us.htm">really wants</a>. By the same token I'm not really sure tit-for-tat is the way to handle this.
