I find it interesting that at this time of spiraling energy prices and calls for greener energy, Federal Congressmen want to get the Federal Government involved in allowing <a href="http://www.kentucky.com/mld/kentucky/news/politics/12688624.htm">wind farms to be built</a>. Why you may ask. Because States don't care about the birds that are killed at wind farms, at least that's the official explanation.
