Blog Relief

I missed yesterday the Blog for Relief day but I see it has morphed into the <a href="http://truthlaidbear.com/katrinarelief.php">Blog for Relief Weekend</a> so I wanted to throw my 2 cents worth in. The disaster down on the Gulf Coast is just astounding and our help is currently needed. There is an excellent list of charities <a href="http://www.truthlaidbear.com/katrinacharities.php">here</a> that you can contribute to help people. <br />n<br />n<b>I cannot personally vouch that all these charities are above board but I sure hope they are.</b><br />n<br />nI am not sure which charity I would recommend since everybody has their favorite but the <a href="http://www.redcross.org/">Red Cross</a> would be high on my list as well as <a href="http://64.26.27.24/default2.asp">America's Second Harvest</a> and the <a href="http://www.disasterreliefeffort.org/default.asp">Churches of Christ<br />n Disaster Relief effort</a>.<br />n<br />nLet's all pitch in and help our fellow human being in this time of crisis.<br />n<br />n<b>To help, to continually help and share, that is the sum of all knowledge; that is the meaning of art.
