Sabine Bieber broke into sobs late Tuesday after hearing the verdicts against her in one of the most closely watched murder cases in recent Yellowstone County history.
n
nWhile the verdicts were read at 8:47 p.m., the Laurel day care operator accused of using a common cold and allergy medicine to sedate children sat motionless. She was found guilty of negligent homicide for the death of a 1-year-old boy. She also was convicted on two counts of felony criminal endangerment.
n
nThe jury acquitted the 36-year-old woman on one count of criminal endangerment and one count of tampering with evidence. A sentencing hearing will be scheduled at a later date.

n
nI think the right thing was done here. It doesn't surprise me that the jury acquitted on a couple of the counts, I would have too. The important thing is she is guilty of the boys death. The article says she can get up to 40 years. I think they should hang her but that is not the way the system works.
n
nJustice resides naturally in people's hearts. Chinese proverb
