Frightening

In <a href="http://www.iol.co.za/index.php?set_id=1&click_id=15&art_id=vn20050710123619850C495299">news</a> out of South Africa; <br />n<br />n<blockquote>One out of every three children is having sex at the age of 10, and 17 out of 100 will deliberately spread the virus if they know they are HIV-positive.</blockquote><br />n<br />nI can't fathom this, 33% of the children are having sex at the age of 10. This is one of those many situations in the world that I wish I knew the answer to. I don't, but I do know this is wrong. Somebody I'm sure will come up with the bright idea of throwing money at the problem but I don't think that's the answer.
