Duct Tape

I see the town of Avon, Ohio is going to be having a <a href="http://www.chron.com/cs/CDA/ssistory.mpl/nation/2357687">duct tape festival.</a> Do you think they are going to invite <a href="http://www.billingsgazette.com//index.php?id=1&display=rednews/2004/01/24/build/nation/70-warhead.inc">these people</a> and the object they taped together to their festival?
