Progress

It looks like the beef industry might be making progress in Japan. The Japanese government might be thinking about <a href="http://search.japantimes.co.jp/cgi-bin/nn20070805a3.html">upping the age limit for imported beef</a> from 20 month to the more generally accepted 30 month age limit. There is still one little hurdle to go through, the Food Safety Commission, and there is no guarantee they will approve, but I feel it looks like things are moving in the right direction. That's good to see after the latest South Korean fiasco.<br />n<br />n<strong>I think it's the end of progress if you stand still and think of what you've done in the past. I keep on.
