Dentists

An interesting story about the <a href="http://www.billingsgazette.net/articles/2007/04/16/news/state/40-legidentist.txt">lack of Dentists in rural Montana</a> and some of the solutions the Legislature has tried to implement for it. I'm no expert on such things so I don't pretend to know the solution but I understand that there is a lack of Dentist throughout the US so a solution is not going to be easy. What really caught my eye though was our fair haired Governor's solution to the problem.<br />n<br />n<blockquote>Advisers to the governor said Schweitzer is aware of and concerned about the lack of dentists in rural Montana and has proposed expanding dental care coverage for low-income residents.</blockquote><br />n<br />nCan someone out there tell me how expanding dental care coverage for low-income residents is going to help the situation WHEN THERE ARE NO DENTISTS OUT THERE TO GO TO IN THE FIRST PLACE!!!! How in Holy Bat Teeth is this going to help the dentist problem Gov. Schweitzer? It looks to me like the wrong solution for the wrong problem.<br />n<br />n<strong>The problem is not that there are problems.
