Conduct

I guess <a href="http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Conduct_unbecoming_an_officer_and_a_gentleman">Article 133</a> of the UCMJ is <a href="http://hosted.ap.org/dynamic/stories/N/NAVAL_ACADEMY_WILD_CRUISE?SITE=MTBIL&SECTION=US&TEMPLATE=DEFAULT">no longer in effect</a>?
