Deep Question

Is Conrad Burns really a person? Rep. Gary Ackerman, D-N.Y. is asking this question with his new legislation called the <a href="http://www.billingsgazette.net/articles/2006/06/10/news/state/30-bison.txt">B.U.R.N.S. (Better Urban Recording Number System) Act</a>.<br />n<br />nTruthfully it is a very good question whether he is a person or not. I'm not real sure a politician qualifies for the label of person.
