How do we assure South Korea and Japan we take <acronym title="Bovine Spongiform Encephalopathy">BSE</acronym> seriously and want to ship out beef products to their country? At the same time we announce a <acronym title="Bovine Spongiform Encephalopathy">BSE</acronym> case in the US, we also announce that we are <a href="http://www.billingsgazette.net/articles/2006/03/14/news/state/31-madcow.txt">cutting back on <acronym title="Bovine Spongiform Encephalopathy">BSE</acronym> testing</a>. Real F***ing brilliant if you ask me, but the <acronym title="United States Department of Agriculture, Bought and Paid for by The Big Meat Packers">USDA</acronym> don't ask me so my opinion must be worth nothing.
