Back to mud and ice in the afternoons.

n
nI have been trying to get a semi load of cake in since after Christmas and the weather has been too warm to manage this feat on our muddy roads. Monday and Tuesday it was froze up enough but we couldn't get any cake made that quick. The trucker had it made and loaded for yesterday morning but it barely froze. Nothing scares this guy much. He came in at 5 in the morning like a bat out of hell and got it unloaded and out of here before it got too slick. He sank that heavy truck in a few spots but managed to pull through. I feel better now, we can feed more cake again. I was getting low.
n
nIn such a diversity it was impossible I should be disposed to melancholy. Daniel Boone
