Montana Style

If you haven't seen it yet you need to check out two posts from Montana Jones. They are on Montana Style and gave me a chuckle.
n
n
City life offers thousands of distractions to fill idle time. Rural living calls on ourselves to be more proactive in filling that time. This is one of the facets of Montana style. Self sufficiency.

n
nMontana Jones: Montana Style part one – hunting season.
n
n
I like doing city things like finding new restaurants, going to shows, dancing to live bands, art and museums. Sure these things exist here in Montana but not in the quantities I am used to from the city. Part of the problem is the smaller population, but part of it is that these things encroach on the away-from-it-all-ness of Montana style.

n
nMontana Jones: Montana Style part two – rock and roll
n
nBoth are very humorous and, in my opinion, fairly accurate of the Montana Life. I highly recommend these for a good read.
n
nA true good read is surely an act of innovative creation in which we, the readers, become conspirators. Augustine Birrell
