Adequate Yearly Progress

I see the <a href="http://www.billingsgazette.com/index.php?id=1&display=rednews/2005/08/17/build/state/20-ayp.inc">Adequate Yearly Progress</a> for Montana schools this year. Fewer schools not meeting the standards so that is good for the state. For the second year in a row the schools located in Hardin (Big Horn County) failed to make Adequate Yearly Progress.
