We went to visit his uncle in the hospital we had to wait to visit because he was having a test done. Not the uncle's fault but just the way was going. Then after we were done visiting we turned turned the cell back on and had messages from the oldest. The stupid UPS driver had called and told her that he was leaving our package with her grandpa. The oldest told him that her grandpa wasn't in town. She was looking out the window at his vehicles sitting at his house. The driver repeated he was leaving the package with her grandpa and hung up on her. The oldest was livid. And we were confused. We didn't even know that we had a package coming UPS. So after numerous calls we finally found a real person to talk to and try straighten things out. All we were told was the local office would call and try to fix things. By this time I was past livid. I didn't like the way that the driver spoke to the oldest, I was just plain fed up because he doesn't want to come out to our house and I was going to complain to someone. So we went to the local office and I talked to the manager. I told him all that was going on and that I had had enough. I pay to have my packages delivered not to go pick them up or try to chase them down. He said that he was sorry and he would talk to the driver. Next we went to Lowe's to pick a few things. Guess what? The phone rings again and it is oldest. The driver just called and told her he left the package with her grandpa. She told him again that her grandpa was't in town and he basically hung up on her again. She was crying she was so upset because the guy wouldn't listen to her. We had to call my FIL to come over and talk to her. So we are checking out at Lowe's and the cell rings. It is our local UPS office telling Sam that the package was dropped off with grandpa. Sam had to tell the thick headed person on the phone that grandpa wasn't in town three times before he would listen to him. The person on the phone kept saying well the driver dropped it off with grandpa. Sam finally got rude, which he rarely does, and told them that grandpa wasn't in town and he couldn't have dropped it off with him. To listen to what he was saying and quit telling him the same thing after he had told him that couldn't be possible. After that we didn't hear back. <br />n<br />n <a class="block_level" href="http://www.sarpysam.com/archives/1132-UPS-Strikes-again..html#extended">Continue reading "UPS Strikes again."</a>
