I see the hi-line of Montana got a gift today from America.
n
n
Following the evacuation, the representatives voted overwhelmingly to allow Amtrak to keep its long routes, essentially restoring Amtrak to its current state.

n
nRep. Denny Rehberg has been fighting for this and finally got it for Montana's hi-line residents. I see it still has to be approved by the Senate but the article states that should be easier than the House was.
n
nI am not too sure about spending this kind of money on a service that can't make a go of it on its own. That's why I call it a gift. Everybody, whether Democrat or Republican, wants the Government to have a balanced budget then they throw money around like this. It doesn't make much sense to this dumb cowboy but then most of what the Government does falls into this category.
n
nThe great art of giving consists in this: the gift should cost very little and yet be greatly coveted, so that it may be the more highly appreciated.
