Experts worry that present rules may make <a href="http://www.billingsgazette.com//index.php?id=1&display=rednews/2005/06/21/build/nation/65-sex-crime-rules.inc">sex criminals more dangerous</a>. For once I can understand what they are talking about. By marginalizing them so they really have nothing to lose by re-commiting the crimes. But if they wouldn't have done some low down despicable deed they wouldn't have to worry about being an outcast of society now would they.<br />n<br />nSo, the question is, what's the answer.
