Judical Prejudice

Fine, this one is real simple. Let's take wolf packs that are killing domestic livestock or otherwise misbehaving and instead of killing them we transport them to Portland or Los Angeles or Salt Lake City or Denver. That way the population will be scattered around which I guess is what the judge wants. Our government is not designed to be run hodge-podge from the judicial bench but these justices keep doing it time after time.
n
nYou know it all matters where your prejudices are I guess. I'm upset that the judge has done this with the wolves but I support the R-CALF United Stockgrowers of America in their attempt to keep Canadian cattle from jeopardizing the health of the American consumer (disclaimer: it would also help the health of my pocket book) by expanded imports into this country which amounts to running the government from the judicial bench like I decry above. I guess instead of bitching I will just have to let the imperfect system struggle along until some better one come along. Appointing me as dictator comes to mind but that will never happen.
n
n Scarcely any political question arises in the United States that is not resolved, sooner or later, into a judicial question.
