Then the rumor that the Animal and Plant Health Inspection Service (APHIS) was going to <a href="http://www.reuters.com/newsArticle.jhtml?type=politicsNews&storyID=7294419" target="_new">cancel the rule</a> allowing Canadian Cattle to come in the US.
