Brain inflammation link to autism
n
nI found this over at Wizbang and as you would expect it piqued my attention. I have read that there was a theory that brain swelling might cause autism and this seem to prove it.
n
n
The researchers say it might eventually be possible to develop a diagnostic test for autism based on looking for signs of inflammation – and that treating this inflammation might reduce the symptoms of autism.

n
nWhere this will lead I don't know but any progress forward on this problem makes my heart feel good.
n
nResearch is formalized curiosity.
