Global warming is one of those issues that intrigues me quite a bit. The prevailing wisdom is that the world is coming to an end due to global warming and we need to do something now while a minority opinion is that the whole concept is hog wash and there's no such thing. I always fall in the middle of this debate but there doesn't seem to be much room there you're supposed to be for it or against it. With all that in mind I found this article really interesting this morning.
n
nTwo Sides to Global Warming
n Is it proven fact, or just conventional wisdom?
n
nIt explores some of the recent reasearch into the situation and throws a lot of light on it. It does point out that the global warming theory is so taken for granted that finding information that questions it is really hard to do. It fits into my middle of the road attitude on global warming in questioning some of the research and how it is interpeted. A good read if you have an open mind.
n
nAll our science, measured against reality, is primitive and childlike-and yet it is the most precious thing we have. Albert Einstein
