I am a little young to have been around for the golden age of radio but I do remember hearing some of the shows. My <a href="http://www.komando.com/" target="_blank">Kim Komando</a> cool site of the day tip lead me to <a href="http://www.radiolovers.com/" target="_blank">RadioLovers.com</a> which has all kinds of old time radio shows free to listen to. Go give it a whirl, it's really interesting.<br />n<br />n<b>Radio invented a new kind of drama called soap opera, a form of serial in which the main rule was, "Don't let anything happen!"-because if something happened on a Wednesday and you were at the dentist, on Thursday you wouldn't know what the hell was going on and you'd get mad and switch soap operas, and soap, too.
