Safety

Every industry has its safety requirements but <a href="http://www.thecouriermail.news.com.au/common/story_page/0,5936,10300945%255E1702,00.html">this</a> is a little different. Occupational overuse syndrome? Sounds pretty severe to me. I personally think exploitation would be a better word.
