Have you ever heard the phrase, "more money than sense?" I use it sometimes to describe people that spend money on things that I don't quite get. My hired man says anybody with a computer has more money than sense, since he has no use for computers. Well today in the local rag I see a perfect example of this saying. Jeanne Rizzotto of Red Lodge "has changed her life for her chimps."
n
nChimpanzee's as pets? I dont know? $50,000 for each chimpanzee, a hummer, learning to fly, and are watched by a paid "chimp-sitter." More money than sense if you ask me. If selling real estate in Red Lodge is this profitable maybe I need to think about a career change. I sure wouldn't use the money to finance a chimpanzee home. Maybe a home for wayward cats, but chimpanzees, no.
n
nWhere sense is wanting, everything is wanting. Benjamin Franklin
