Strikes Again

Well, <a href="http://www.billingsgazette.com//index.php?id=1&display=rednews/2004/07/02/build/nation/65-cosby.inc">Bill Cosby strikes again</a>. A lot of black people are taking offense at the things he is saying but it sure strikes me as a double standard that he is the only one that can say it. If a white person were to say these things they would be branded a racist and tarred and feathered. A black man can say them though and it just causes a big controversy.<br />n<br />nNow on to the statements themselves. I never like statements that are overly broad and some of these statments are that. He keeps saying all black men do this or all blacks are like something else and that is an awful big brush. I think there is a core of truth to his statements that the community it is intended for needs to address while not killing the messenger.
