I find <a href="http://www.billingsgazette.com//index.php?id=1&display=rednews/2004/07/01/build/state/40-schweitzer.inc">this</a> alleged lack of support for Montana businesses interesting. Whether the allegation is true or not I can't say for sure but I have no reason to doubt it. I note at the end of the article:<br />n<br />n<i>Scarff said he e-mailed Schweitzer in May and asked the candidate why he bought two trucks in Idaho but said Schweitzer never responded.</i><br />n<br />nI have wrote the Schweitzer campaign a few different e-mails with specific questions and have even sent snail mail with questions for him and have also never heard a word from him. It seems very odd to be running for Governor and not respond to your potential constituents. When you are a public official you have to answer these tough questions and not duck them.
