After the election debacle of 2000 there has been a push for election reform. Nice little story in todays Post which really boils down to the fact that the Feds mandated a new system but as usual are behind the curve on coming up with the standards to meet there guidelines. Typical bureaucratic attiutude if you ask me. Part of the goal is to go to an electronic voting ststem. I have one problem with that idea. Worms and viruses. Let's make it even easier to rig elections than it all ready is. Sounds like a plan to me.
n
nThe perfect bureaucrat everywhere is the man who manages to make no decisions and escape all responsibility. Brooks Atkinson
