Guilty

I don't understand something. Nothing new for me. Maybe you college educated people could help me. Our justice system is based on the concept that you are innocent until you are proven guilty. Why is it that when it comes to the IRS you are assumed gulity until they have extracted their pound of flesh from you? You are not given the option of innocence.<br />n<br />n<b>The IRS!
