Dueling

I find <a href="http://www.billingsgazette.com//index.php?id=1&display=rednews/2004/02/11/build/wyoming/10-snowmobiling.inc">this</a> whole thing very amusing. Can't you just see it. Two Federal judges, in a duel, standing 40 paces apart and then, in a flash, they whip their out briefs to see whose got the biggest one.<br />n<!–more–><br />nCome on, legal briefs, what did you think I meant.<br />n<br />n<b>Judges rule on the basis of law, not public opinion, and they should be totally indifferent to pressures of the times.
