Brucellosis Update

It looks like <a href="http://www.nowherethoughts.net/sarpysam/archives/000127.html#more">Kalamity Karen and I</a> aren't the only ones that don't understand the <a href="http://www.billingsgazette.com//index.php?id=1&display=rednews/2004/01/24/build/wyoming/30-brucellosis.inc">two herd thing in Wyoming.</a> Could this be a glitter of common sense or is it just that the state doesn't want to pay for all the testing that will be required?
