SOUTH EUCLID, Ohio. This Cleveland suburb is suddenly much poorer.
n
nThis is the town where the winnner of Mega Millions, a lottery, lives. City misses out on lotto windfall What I don't get is how the city can be suddenly poorer? They never had the money in the first place.
n
n"It's not a good day for the city," Mayor Georgine Welo said Monday. "We were all excited until we went to go for the money and learned that we are not entitled to it. We are very saddened by the news."
n
nTypical government official. They feel they are entitled to the money that other people have. Why don't they call it what it really is. Theft. That's all they do is steal money because they feel they are "entitiled" to it.
n
nYou don't pay taxes – they take taxes.
nChris Rock
