New Years Resolutions

I am not one to make New Years Resolutions so I am not going to break my perfect streak this year and start. What caught my eye though was <a href="http://www.billingsgazette.com//index.php?id=1&display=rednews/2004/01/03/build/state/55-delegation.inc">this article </a>on Montana's congressional delegation and there plans for the New Year. Now it might seem like this blog has turned into a bash Burns blog but if there wasn&acirc;
