Well, we put the boyz out for the summer yesterday. Wish I had pictures but the camera is unavailable at the moment. We started real early because it was supposed to be warm and I was sure glad we did. They didn't give us any trouble but they sure could have as warm as it was.
Boy is it dry around here. We really could stand some moisture. I don't know when the last time I seen it as dry as now. The grass still looks green and good but if it doesn't get a shot of moisture soon we are in for big trouble. Hell, could be in trouble all ready. You should see the grasshoppers and Mormon Crickets that are hatching. There nasty.
The weather is what it is. I can't change it. I can sure complain though.
We were talking about you the other day when we read that that boondoggle prison near you is begging to fill its cells with detainees from Gitmo....
As for that jail Cincinnati is still looking for one but NOW we are broke so Hardin/Montana will have to pay for the moving costs. We are releasing convicts at the rate of 10 to 15 per day. As a Judge sentence's one one must be released. Average jail time is now 15 days instead of 90 to 180 days. Since Cincinnati is broke ankle bracelets with GPS are no longer available and no officers are available to monitor the computer system anyway. This is all according to Simon Leis, Sheriff Hamilton County/Cincinnati.
So can we please have that jail now??
Moo, maybe I should say cricket, cricket?
